Day-10 Fallon to US-50 Road Stop
Three dry and dusty days crossing the high desert of Nevada, we travelled more than 55 miles along US-50 stopping along the road for the night. [Distance today: 55 -- Total: 506]

Day-11 US-50 Road Stop to Austin NV

Day-12 Austin to Eureka NV
We started with a good hill climb right outside of Austin, heading east. Enjoyed some morning cool weather as we crested the northern end of Toiyabe Range, then dropped back down to elevation 6,000’ and marveled at the straightest road in the world! EUREKA! We made it to Eureka — Nevada! Remember, we left Eureka California a few weeks ago. [Distance today: 70 miles -- Total: 631 miles]

Day-13 Eureka to Ely NV
Though we managed some good speed, we had to ride a little longer to make Ely NV. Still riding along US-50 east toward Utah! [Distance today: 78 -- Total 709 miles]

Day-14 Ely to US-50 Roadside stop NV
Heading east out of Ely, we thought we'd see the NV/UT state line, and even after 51 miles, we're not quite there. Spent another night along US-50 in the shadows of the Osceola Mountains. [Distance today: 51 -- Total 760 miles]
Day-15 Nevada in the rear-view mirror - US-50 WELCOME TO UTAH
Heading east out of Ely, we thought we'd see the NV/UT state line, and even after 51 miles, we're not quite there. Spent another night along US-50 in the shadows of the Osceola Mountains. [Distance today: 51 -- Total 760 miles]
